I get it because I've been there too
I'm not just a coach who studied this in textbooks. I lived it. And that's exactly why I can help you.
My Story
For years, I was trapped in the same cycle you might be in right now. The constant mental math around food. The guilt after eating something 'bad.' The feeling that if I could just control my eating, everything else would fall into place.
I tried every diet, every meal plan, every 'lifestyle change' that promised to fix my relationship with food. But nothing worked—because the problem was never the food itself.
It wasn't until I discovered the intersection of cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and intuitive eating that everything changed. I finally understood why I felt so out of control, and more importantly, how to heal.
Now, I've dedicated my career to helping other women find the same freedom I discovered.
